Architect // Project Manager
GFP Architecture & Interior Design is seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of five years of professional licensure in Louisiana, to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a licensed architect who values both responsibility and creativity in a stable, growth-oriented environment.
Role Highlights:
- Licensure: Minimum 5 years of active licensure in Louisiana.
- Responsibilities: Must take full ownership of assigned projects, managing a team of architects, designers, and support staff, and overseeing project delivery from concept through completion. This is not a drafting or production position.
- Project Scope: Opportunity to work on an interesting and diverse backlog of medium to large-scale government, healthcare, commercial, and educational projects of varying sizes and complexity.
Skills and Requirements:
- Project Management: Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Collaboration: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp preferred but not required. Required proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
