Louisiana architects receive top honors in 2018 AIA LA design competition Architecture firms across Louisiana won 17 awards in the prestigious annual design competition conducted by the American Institute of Architects Louisiana Chapter (AIA LA). Raymond “Skipper” Post, FAIA, was inaugurated as the 56th Chancellor of the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). His inauguration was held at the historic Octagon House and the Institute’s headquarters on December 7, 2017, in Washington, D.C. GET INFORMED – 2017 CODE ADOPTIONS – July 1, 2017

AIA LA & Gulf States Region receive Component Excellence Award at Grassroots 2017



In 2012, a group of passionate young leaders wanted to create a learning experience that would touch the lives and careers of members in our very spread-out region.  They did the planning, found the speakers, developed both the program and the budget, and held the first EP Symposium in Memphis.  The experience was successful, gained recognition and grew. Lambeth House featured at National Architectural Convention



Waggonner & Ball’s award-winning Lambeth House Riverfront Retirement Community was recently featured in an exhibit at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) National Convention in Philadelphia, PA.
