Congress Clears Bill to Improve Buildings’ Energy Efficiency



By Tom Ichniowski Congress has approved a narrowly focused measure that aims to encourageā€”but not requireā€”commercial buildings owners and tenants to improve their facilitiesā€™ energy efficiency.
