Architect / Architecture Intern

The Architecture Firm of Borel Architecture is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced architect or non-licensed graduate or student with 1-5 years of experience to join our family. Must be a self-starter that will lead the process of bringing buildings from concept to final product. You’ll lead a variety of projects ranging through commercial, governmental, & residential and will work closely with our clients as you bring both of your visions into the design and through construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating & Detailing design concepts for team review and study
• Communicating and working closely with clients
• Presenting ideas and designs in a compelling manner
• Compiling and producing construction documents
• Operating in a primarily BIM (Revit) work environment with little CAD involvement
• Complying with public safety regulations, local planning regulations and restrictions
• Visiting the site to meet with the contractors and resolve problems that may arise during construction

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, or Doctor of Architecture
  • Current Students are welcome to apply and roles will be adjusted as necessary to suit individual’s capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, Adobe Suite, & Microsoft Office Suite
