Licensed Architect // Project Manager

Gros Flores Positerry, LLC (GFP) is a reputable architectural firm with offices in Thibodaux, Houma, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We specialize in providing high-quality architectural services to clients in the commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced, licensed architects to join our team in the role of Project Manager.

As a Project Manager at GFP, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have extensive and diverse experience as a licensed architect, with a proven track record of managing projects in the commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. They must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• A current license to practice architecture in the state of Louisiana
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients
• Manage a team of architects and coordinate with consultants, contractors and  stakeholders
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Base Compensation:  $90,000-$110,000
