Architectural Project Manager

Kern Architects, in Baton Rouge, is currently in search of an Architectural Project Manager with 4-8 years of experience to join our growing Team.  Applicants must be humble, hungry & people-smart.  We’re an up-and-coming firm (3 years in business) that has the benefit of some strong client relationships that go back 15+ years.  Come and see our newly renovated office and meet our Team to determine if you may be the right candidate to grow with us!

Base Compensation Range: $65K-85K depending upon experience and skills

This position will require participation in all phases of the design and construction process.  Willingness to take Ownership is crucial.  Experience in production of design and construction documents is required. Expertise in AutoCAD or Revit is required. Revit is preferred but we are willing to train.

Kern Architects takes a unique 360° approach to managing our projects for our clients.  A majority of our projects are negotiated, design-build type projects.  Our focus is primarily on private work allowing for a more collaborative approach with the construction team throughout the design process.
