The St. Tammany Parish School Board is now accepting applications for Assistant Supervisor of Construction. This is a twelve (12) month position with excellent benefits and salary package. A basic working knowledge of programming, design, and construction is required along with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in building design and construction industry. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, planning or related discipline is strongly desired. Candidate will be responsible for assisting the Chief of Construction Services with the planning of new construction, improvement projects, safety, quality control, and the supervision of architects, engineers, general contractors, and sub-contractors. Candidates must submit to a background check and fingerprinting.
