Job Description

Yeates Mancil Architects, located in the historic Warehouse District in the City of New Orleans, is currently seeking an experienced Intern architect.  Our firm has successfully provided professional A&E services for a variety of local and regional clients in our over 40 year history. These public and private projects include government, civic, historic preservation, educational and commercial facilities, among others.

Our firm currently has an opening for a highly self-motivated Project Architect or Intern Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

Professional architectural degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional Architectural setting.
Louisiana license preferred, but not necessary.
Ability to produce thorough, detailed CAD Construction Documents without constant supervision.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp Pro and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
Detail oriented professional with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to participate in the coordination of engineering consultant work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
