Design Award Submission
Begin by selecting your Entry Classification, then complete the form and select “Add to Cart” to proceed to payment. During checkout you will have the option to pay by PayPal (Debit/Credit Card) or Pay by Check.
The cost is $200 per entry. Completed entry form(s) and fee(s) must be received no later than June 17, 2021. Absolutely no refunds after June 17. Once you’ve submitted your form you can upload your Presentation Files here.

- Entry form submitted – June 17
- PowerPoint Presentations submitted – 4:00 pm, July 15
- Presentation Boards – Delivered by Noon, Wednesday, September 22.
Once your submission form(s) have been submitted and payment has been received, we will issue you an entry # via email. You will need this entry # to complete the Presentation Uploads form. We will use the email address provided on your application above to contact you regarding the presentation uploads, so please confirm that all details are correct before submitting.
